Sky Sports will show Liverpool's final Premier League game of the season live as the top four race goes down to the final day. If Liverpool beat Middlesbrough at Anfield they will guarantee Champions League football for next season. The match will be broadcast in the UK on Sky Sports 1 from 2pm with kick-off at 3pm BST.

Looking ahead to the game, in quotes published by Liverpoolfc.com, striker Divock Origi has called for a performance similar to that which ended in an emphatic 4-0 victory over West Ham United last time out. "It will be like a final so we will give it everything," commented the Belgium international. "We just have to continue playing our game and I think if we show the same attitude as at West Ham we have a big chance of doing this. We have worked hard all season to reach a goal and that was to finish the highest possible. We had two games left before West Ham. We have won the first and now we will give it everything in the second, so we will be at home which is very good and I think we can go with a lot of belief and a lot of confidence."

In an LFCTV documentary broadcast earlier this week to mark Lucas Leiva's 10 years at Liverpool FC, the Brazilian talked of his pride at reaching the landmark. Leiva told the cameras: "If someone had said to me at that moment I would be 10 years at Liverpool and have two kids born in Liverpool, I would say they were crazy! I came to Liverpool always thinking to be successful and always to put my mark at the club. But 10 years is a long time, especially these days in football with players moving after only two years. So I'm really proud talking to you and looking back at every season and the moments. Of course, you always want more but... I just have to be grateful and be proud of my journey and be thankful to all of the people who helped me."

Liverpool FC has confirmed the club will participate in the Audi Cup this summer as part of their pre-season preparations. The fifth edition of the friendly tournament will take place on August 1 and 2 at the Allianz Arena in Germany where the Reds will compete against three European clubs - hosts FC Bayern Munich, Atl├ętico Madrid and one club to be announced at a later date.

Emre Can's spectacular scissors kick against Watford earlier this month has been named Sky Sports' Goal of the Season. The strike received 30% of an online poll to finish ahead of similarly agile efforts by Olivier Giroud (20%) and Henrikh Mkhitaryan (17%).

Speaking of Can, the ex-Bayer Leverkusen man will miss the start of pre-season and possibly Liverpool's tour of the Far East after being named in Germany's 23-man squad for the Confederations Cup in Russia. The tournament takes place from June 17 to July 2 with the Germans in Group B alongside Cameroon, Chile and Australia

Season ticket holders have been reminded by the club that the closing date to submit their renewal applications for 2017/18 is on Tuesday May 23. For more information and to renew, click here.

Former Liverpool star Dirk Kuyt scored a hat-trick as Feyenoord clinched their first Dutch title since 1999 with a 3-1 win over Heracles Almelo on Sunday. Ex-Anfield team mate Brad Jones was also involved in the game as Giovanni van Bronckhorst's side pipped rivals Ajax to the Eredivisie crown by a single point.

Academy striker Rhian Brewster played the full 90 minutes as goals from Callum Hudson-Odoi and Jadon Sancho secured England U17s a place in the European Championship final with a 2-1 win over Turkey on Tuesday. The junior Three Lions will face Spain in the final on Friday.

Liverpool Ladies have completed the signing of England international defender Amy Turner. The 25-year-old joins the Reds after spells at Notts County Ladies, Leeds United Ladies and Doncaster Rovers Belles.

A Toni Gomes hat-trick helped Liverpool U23s to a comprehensive 4-1 end-of-season friendly victory over Mansfield Town on Thursday afternoon. The hosts went in front via defender Lloyd Jones, back from a loan spell at Swindon Town, before the 18-year-old Gomes took centre stage.

Liverpool U18s completed their 2016/17 season with a narrow 1-0 defeat at Manchester City on Saturday afternoon. Tom Dele-Bashiru scored the only goal of a game that Neil Critchley's team will feel they should have taken something from after creating a number of decent openings in the second half. LFC U18s: Kelleher, N Williams, Glennon (R Williams, 53'), Masterson, Johnston, Coyle, Jones, Sharif (Camacho, 80'), Simmonds, Kane (Longstaff, 63'), Millar.
