Liverpool: VL's November 2014 Player Of The Month

Liverpool: VL's November 2014 Player Of The Month

Who has won the Vital Liverpool Player of the Month award for Premier League performances during November 2014?...

November was quite simply one of the worst months Liverpool have endured in a Premier League season ever.

Before a mini recovery of sorts at the end of the month, the Reds lost four consecutive games including league defeats to Newcastle United, Chelsea and Crystal Palace.

In the last two of those fixtures they even took early leads before falling to defeats in worryingly familiar fashion.

A Champions League draw in Bulgaria with Ludogorets Razgrad and a late 1-0 victory over Stoke City this past weekend rounded out the month and hopefully point to better times to come.

Defensively, the Reds conceded nine goals in six matches, including six in four in the Premier League.

At the other end they found the net just five times, producing consecutive blanks against the Magpies and Real Madrid.

The Vital Liverpool Player of the Month is determined by the individual MOTM awards cast for each Premier League fixture. In the event of no clear winner, the editor has the deciding vote.
