Dossena Completes Anfield Switch
Liverpool have completed the £7million signing of Italian full-back Andrea Dossena from Udinese.
The 26yr old attacking full-back has signed a four year deal and is delighted to be joining The Reds, he told the club's official website:
'Liverpool are a great team, and it is great to be linked to such a famous club. I want to play Champions League football, the Reds have already won it and they often get to the big games. In England, they are on the same level as Manchester United.'

Is he a right-back or a left-back? I'm guessing left-side hence the exit of Riise a couple of weeks ago.

As long as he doesn't score an own goal in the CL semi-final he'll be fine.

haha true JD... ive watched him play a few times, he looks good getting forward however im not completely convinced he is worth 7mill... i look forward to seeing him in england... i think he can do it :)
